Michael’s surprise sunset wedding proposal
It was lovely to be part of Michael’s surprise lake district wedding proposal on the 21st of December 2016. I was natuarlly quite excited, hiding and posing as a landscape photographer whilst the big ask was in process! The surrounding lakes and mountains set the scene for the perfect moment, with the setting sun adding a little drama. My mission was to capture the proposal naturally and as discretely as possible. Rebekah said yes after Michael got down on one knee. I couldn’t resist offering to take a few portraits in the beautiful landscape as the setting sun was providing lovely light.
