Equipment I use for Wedding Photography …The Canon 5D mark 3 is here
My primary camera has just been updated to the 22 mega pixel Canon 5D mark 3 and I am very impressed.The 5D mark one was also amazing and performed very well in churches with low light. I can confirm that the mark 3 with my L series 2.8 IS Lens collection is one great wedding photography package that also shoots HD video. Obviously I dont shoot with just the one camera my back up is the Canon 5D Mark 2.

We spent some time choosing a photographer for our Lake District wedding and eventually settled on Jason Chambers having looked through the fantastic wedding shots on his website and speaking to him on the telephone.
From the very first phone call, nothing was too much trouble for Jason. He took time to listen to our ideas and suggested how he could help us, and at no time did we feel under any pressure. Over about 18 months – from booking right through to receiving our album, Jason was contactable either by telephone or email to answer our questions courteously and quickly.
On our wedding day itself, Jason arrived early and took time to explain what he would be doing and listen to some of our more specific thoughts on particular photographs we would like. He was there all day and well into the evening, but at no time did we feel intruded upon – Jason was mostly in the background, snapping away and capturing the very best of our day. He felt very much part of the wedding itself and, without exception, our guests were full of praise for him. We had great fun being photographed, jumping in Jason’s car for a trip up a mountain and stopping the traffic for a Reservoir Dogs shot in the middle of Grasmere. The children too really warmed to Jason – he made them feel special and they really enjoyed their shots.
Jason sent us a proof disc with a great selection of photographs which was waiting for us on return from our honeymoon – they were simply amazing and we were so happy with them. Family and friends could view the photographs on his website and I’ve lost count of how many people got in touch to tell us how fantastic they are. The problem we had though is selecting the photographs for our album – we wanted just about all of them !
Jason Chambers is not your bog standard wedding photographer – he is a different class altogether and our wedding album is testimony to this. We are glad we chose him to photograph our wedding and recommend him 100%.
