Skiddaw was certainly in it’s AWE on this fine April morning. After a lovely sunrise and small cloud inversion over Keswick, we were set to capture Lake District Landscapes. We have had a real mixed bag of weather this winter with very little snow on the fells. Spring is just around the corner and we are hoping for a hot summer. Once I heard the weather forecasting snow in April, I knew this was a photographic opportunity not to be missed. Captured with the Canon 5D mark 3 and 24-70mm 2.8 lens.
