The Beast from the East Wedding! Charlene and Chris made headline news with their Inn on the Lake wedding on the 3rd of March 2018. It’s been an incredibly long winter here in the Lake District and it’s only just starting to warm up. The Beast from the East storm covered pretty much all of the UK with snow, ice and severe winds. You would think this could be a potential challenge for wedding guests, suppliers and the hotel team? Not a problem! Gary and his incredible team had the grounds cleared and ready for location photographs that can only be described as a winter wonderland. Charlene and Chris were extremely keen to head outside and braved the cold for their unique wedding photographs. The location of the Inn on the Lake is so convenient for photography, you simply open the door to outstanding world heritage beauty. On this day it was more like Narnia than Glenridding! Fresh snow, icicles, mountains and lakes, the perfect recipe for me to be lying on the floor capturing winter wedding photographs.
