As you approach Keswick from Threlkeld on the A66, just past Clough Head and the old quarries on your left, you can catch a glimpse of a tarn set amid the the rugged, undulating little tors of Low and High Rigg. This is Tewet Tarn and from here you can enjoy wonderful views of Skiddaw and Blencathra.
